Staff accommodation is located on the hotel grounds of the Fairmont Banff Springsand is perhaps the nicest staff accommodation in the valley. Subsidised staff meals are also available. Starting wages are above Banff average. All staff in this department are expected to ski several days a week. They may also be asked to help out in the rental department from time to time during very busy periods.
